G.
Not all riders or bikes were created equal - so remember, stay not only within the limits of your own capabilities but the capabilities of your bike. Some riders are more experienced than others and some bikes can go faster, brake quicker and corner better.

R.
There is never a big difference between the fastest and the slowest rider of a group. A 2-5 minute wait by the quicker ones after a tricky 25km long section of twisties is nothing much and NOBODY SHOULD FEEL PRESSURED TO "KEEP UP", which is the single most dangerous factor in group-riding. GO AT YOUR OWN PACE is the first and foremost RULE of group rides. Groups will spread out and they'll contract again during the ride, it's normal, and also leaves everyone their own space. If others are crowding, just drop back until comfortable space is found.
