These events range from Charity Events with a motorcycle bias through to events organised by MCC member clubs. Some occur annually, some are one-off events.

Each is an opportunity to show support for motorcycling in NSW whilst helping a good cause or just having a great time.

September Events

3 September - Kidzwish Charity Motorcycle Ride.

Guardians are a local leisure motor cycle riding group who will come together to hold a ‘Ride for KidzWish’ to support local Illawarra & South Coast children’s charity, the KidzWish Foundation. Everyone is welcome to ride with us!

  • Date: Saturday 3rd September, 2016
  • Location: Meet at The Woolshe (601 Princess Hwy, Yallah)
  • Time: 8:00am registration & 9:30am ride begins
  • Details: Riding to Stanwell Tops and back to The Woolshed
  • Cost: $25 per person to be paid on the day. Includes free KidzWish bandanna

3–12 September - The 15th annual Postie Bike Challenge is on.

Ride 3500+km, on an unmodified Honda CT110 from Perth through central WA and finish in Broome. A serious adventure — remote country, small towns, bitumen, dirt, corrugations, and bulldust make this a great adventure. Not a race, nor a tour, it is a challenge and a whole lot of fun! Monies raised from donated bikes will go to Rotary and other community groups. $5750 (AUD): Incl bike, accomm, meals, fuel, mechanics, spares, support vehicles. www.postiebikechallenge.org

11 September - The Remembrance Ride.

The Brotherhood CMC will hold a remembrance ride to honour fallen riders across Australia.

  • Meet: Frasers Concord, Parramatta Rd.
  • When: 4 PM, Sunday, 11 September 2016
  • To: Brotherhood CMC Clubhouse for a brief remembrance service, followed by a sausage sizzle open house.
